This protein power only has 5 ingredients (mostly organic), is plant-based and is perfectly lightly sweet. This is the product I've been wishing for as someone with various food sensitivities and a dislike of alternative sweeteners (stevia is one-note and sickly sweet). A 5 Tbsp serving of this product has 20g of protein and a modest 9g of sugar. It's perfect, I love it. It's also a Canadian product! Something to be proud of for sure.

I'd love to review but no matter what I do or use I cannot get the stupid canister open and the lid is way too wide , I have large hands and can't get a good grip Super disappointing

Works great just shaken with milk or milk substitute. Especially good in a fruit smoothie. Have even added to pancake mix. Perfect for when you need to boost protein & other nutrition fast. Love that it's neither whey nor soy based, which is a bit hard to find.
