MODE D’EMPLOI DU COUSSIN CHAUFFANT REMARQUE : Cet appareil est conçu pour devenir chaud, mais il ne devrait JAMAIS causer de douleur ni de sensation de brûlure. Si cela se produit, retirer immédiatement le coussin chauffant. 1. Poser la housse à plat, côté imprimé vers le haut. Insérer le coussin entièrement dans la housse, un côté à la fois. S’assurer que le cordon et la commande restent à l’extérieur de la housse. Le coussin tient à plat dans la housse. ATTENTION : Ne jamais utiliser le coussin chauffant sans sa housse. 2. Brancher sur une prise de courant alternatif de 120 volts et régler au niveau désiré. 3. Pour faire chauffer le coussin, appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir. Le coussin chauffant NE se met PAS en marche tant que le bouton-poussoir n’est pas appuyé. REMARQUE: Si les indicateurs de niveau de chaleur ne s’allument pas ou restent allumés, la prise d’alimentation ou le connecteur de la commande peuvent ne pas être correctement branchés. Débrancher de la prise murale, vérifier le branchement du coussin une nouvelle fois et rebrancher sur une prise murale. 4. Laisser le coussin préchauffer pendant quelques minutes. Le coussin chauffant est conçu pour correspondre à l’émission de chaleur maximale selon les normes UL. 5. Sélectionner parmi 3 à 4 réglages de chaleur (selon le modèle) en appuyant plusieurs fois sur le bouton-poussoir pour obtenir le niveau de chaleur souhaité. Pour arrêter le coussin, faire défiler les réglages de chaleur restant en appuyant sur le bouton-poussoir.

I had this heating pad for 8 years until my cat chewed through the cord. The review about off gassing and inhaling voc's is ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with the heating pad. It gets really hot and has worked great for period pain and back pain.

Poor quality, don't buy if you care about your health
Purchased Oct 11 2023, first use. Plastic offgassing smell is so intense the pad is basically unusable. After a few minutes of use, the smell made me feel so lightheaded I had to turn it off and move to another room. Clothing that was in contact with the pad now smells like outgassed plastic. Feel...

Burning hot, even on LOW!

Great heating pad.

shoppersdrugmart.caI loved my heating pad and used it nightly on a low setting. It automatically shuts off after 2 hours. Sadly it just stopped working. I've had mine for at least 5 years. Maybe the older ones are better quality.

don't waste your money

shoppersdrugmart.caI bought this about 12-18 months ago. Have used it only a few times during this time. No longer heats up higher than low temperature. Also, although the cover is soft, doesn't stay on heating pad well and heating pad tends to become wrinkled.

shoppersdrugmart.caI am not entirely sure how long we have had this. But it's more than 8 years. We use it almost every night to preheat our bed. It auto shuts off in two hours. The timer resets to two hours when you switch the heat setting. Today it stopped working. So I decided to open it up to look inside. The connection broke. I stripped back the cable and solder it back….got it to work again. Maybe another 8 years;)? In the picture, you can see they have sewn the heating wires to the fabric, to maintain the spacing. Nice attention to detail.
