Affordable Glimmer Balm

ulta.comI was gifted Revlon Glimmer Super Balm in Chill Vibes 001 for review purposes. I was excited to try out this formula because it's similar to other glimmer balms, but at a much more affordable price point. This shade really has no color and can be used as a highlighter, but you can also mix it with blush or bronzer to give yourself an overall glow. The texture is comparable and just as useful as the other brand's versions for multiple uses. The only problem I have with it is the glitter in the formula, as I would prefer a frosted sheen. But for the price I definitely suggest you give it a try!

Gives a natural finish to the skin not overpowering or powdery. Buildable to some degree as a balm should be like skin is glowing. It is not shimmery in the way a glitter is. It is natural.
