I started using this a few years ago getting it from a K-beauty website. I know a toner isn't essential in a skin care routine but I did enjoy using this, it is hydrating and my skin just felt more nourished when I use it. I have sensitive, oily, acne-prone skin and didn't have any issues. If you're looking to try a k-beauty product or a toner I would recommend this one for sure. I found it had a bit more nourishing and hydrating benefits than the Round Lab 1025 Dokdo toner which I've also used before. It does have a bit of a herbal smell but that is the ginseng scent I believe because the product is fragrance free.
