I've been using this product for years with fantastic results. However, the recent change in formula and packaging has resulted in a severe decline in results. I no longer have sleek, soft and shiny hair. I am experiencing frizzy tangled hair. I will no longer use this shampoo and conditioner if it continues with this formula.

Been using these shampoo & conditioner for over 10 years; this version without the usual silicones etc is awful!! So much more frizz, knots, dry hair, please bring back the old version!!

I've used this conditioner for years, and the new formula is dreadful, nowhere near as good as the previous one. It doesn't combat frizz the way it used to, my hair doesn't feel as smooth and nourished as it used to. Both the shampoo and conditioner are heavily perfumed, to the point where It clashes with the perfume I want to wear. Since using the new formula of both, my scalp has become itchy and irritated to the point where I can scratch it until it bleeds. A slow hand clap for the marketing 'genius' who took an extremely good product and made it unusable.

I'm sorry to say that the new formulation smells like old lady's talc, is watery thin and leaves my hair feeling straw-like whilst being more expensive than the old formulation (which was lovely). It seems like a revamp that has been done to make more money using cheaper ingredients.

I have used this conditioner for years and it was perfect for my hair. However the new formulation in the new packaging is completely different and leaves my hair feeling horrible. Please bring back the old formulation!

I have been using this product for years - it has been the only product I have used that has really worked in taking away the frizz. The new formula is like a frothy moose, leaves my hair feeling dry, tangled & doesn't leave my hair as nourished and smooth as it used to. Please bring back the old formula otherwise I will need to find an alternative brand.

I've been using this for over 10 years, and the new formula after the packaging change is just awful. It doesn't combat frizz as well as the old formula, and it now smells really weird. Like a previous commenter, it looks like I have to begin the search for shampoo and conditioner again.

I love how smooth and easy my hair feels after using this conditioner. It helps with detangling and leaves my hair feeling hydrated without weighing it down or making it greasy.

A good conditioner that did not leave my hair greasy or heavy! It has a wonderful mild scent, and is a creamy conditioner. Applied smoothly and easily and left my hair soft and nourished!

The new formula dries my hair out so much and leaves it tangled, as well as the smell being to strong. The new bottle is so dull and boring. Please bring the old formula back! It worked perfectly!
