I tried both the Venu and the FR 265s and found that for working out, this one is superior. I find the display bright enough for sunny days and the ability to switch between buttons and the touchscreen to work really well. I was hoping for a better use of the Garmin Coach but since I am not a runner, it is pretty useless. Otherwise, excellent features, great battery life and quick bluetooth and wifi connections. Very happy with this purchase!

I switched to the Garmin 265S from a Whoop. I prefer the Garmin so much more. It still gives me all the info I need about my sleep, recovery and training readiness. But it also allows me to track my runs better and I love all the data I get about it. I'm currently using the included coaching function to train for a 10k and really enjoy it.

I spent a lot of time researching and am so happy I landed with this forerunner 265s. It's sleek, so many features, love the triathlon option, screen and brightness is fantastic.

Does not support Garmin Pay for major credit cards!

Tried a couple other watches and everytime I kept coming back to this one. Not only is the screen beautiful but all the features are very worthwhile. Have really appreciated my morning reports as he allows me to understand how my body recovers and what to expect for the day. Also have liked the amount of customization the Home Screen has. Would recommend to others!

I upgraded from the Venu 2s to the Garmin Forerunner 265s & I love the features and data, especially for running! I would highly recommend for any runner, it's very helpful to see my data in regards to pace and recovery.

I love the watch and the features that come come with it. But be aware that it scratches very easily. Already have a noticeable scratch after two weeks of regular usage.

I've had my new Forerunner 265S for about a month now and I've really been enjoying it. I had an older forerunner model, so it wasn't too difficult to get used to the menus and options. I like the morning summaries when I wake up so I know immediately how much/how hard I can workout that day. The sleep coach has helped me too! Otherwise, the workout features are great, the music is easy to connect, personalization was pretty easy to set up. The only thing I need to figure out is how to make the screen not go crazy when I wear it in the shower - basically every drop on the watch face triggers the touch screen. Super solid watch and upgrade from my 245!

Still getting used to it. Very accurate and full of different functionalities but navigating through settings is haunting and sometimes overwhelming (I often find my self looking in youtube how to access or change some setting). Nevertheless, is the best gadget to really feel I am getting somewhere with running.

I changed my 255s music for the 265 a few weeks ago and it's not an upgrade, it's a change of league all around. From the display to the features, it just feels like a much more robust and stable watch. I had some problems with the 255s both in connectivity to the app and to external sensors but that hasn't been the case with the 265s. It's the watch I always wanted. Wished the battery lasted a little longer but can't have it all in such a lightweight small device.
