Was not waterproof when I used!
Very disappointed that this product came off with just a drop of water and NO hard rubbing. Although it is THE BEST product I've used for making super fine lines!

It got the job done but after wearing for 2hrs and going out to run errands in this Cali hot weather. I noticed it was transferring on to my eyelids when I would blink due to the heat. I was not super sweaty or anything but it was transferring and I looked as if I had rings on my upper eyelid. Horrible experience.

Also this brush type applicator is very fine and takes a few exact seconds to dry and that is not a deal-breaker compared to the results it gives. A+ from me.
