It really does work magic to my hair. This product made my hair more bouncy, smooth and shiny. No frizz at all! The only con for me is the cord. It adds weight when you do your hair but nevertheless it's all worth it!

The hair dryer failed just after 2 years and even showed signs of a safety issue (smoke during use). That's unacceptable for a product at this price point. Customer service simply denied the claim due to warranty expiry, with no flexibility and no concern for safety. ❌ Poor quality ❌ Potential safety risk ❌ Unhelpful support Would not recommend.

The dryer is fine. I don't recommend buying it unless you can get it from a physical store. I had an issue with shipping. The only "customer service," an AI email account. The AI didn't address my issue, but, there was no human to turn to. Then, AI stopped answering m, even when I asked for a refund. Three months later, I got an email (probably also feom AI) explaining that my emails has been "delivered to the wrong mail box" and offering a replacement. Then, that email went silent for another couple weeks. I emailed again, checking in and the response was that they didn't have my product, but, would send it in a different color. I finally received it, after more waiting and checking in. And it's a good dryer. But, not worth the awful customer service experience- especially for the price.

As a stylist who specializes in curl, I really love this dryer. I use it multiple times a day. I see people using a Dyson dryer alongside me that do a crap job at diffuses (basically spending all that money isn't going to make you a great stylist). I've used other dryers like FHI & Twin Turbo to do diffuses and gotten fuzzy, ugly finishes on my diffuses. The T3 does a great job at a polished curl when used properly AND an awesome, fast and smooth blowout. The only downside is mine died after 1 year so I had to get a refurb warranty replacement. It isn't necessarily a pro dryer.

The best tools on the market! I have so many T3 tools for professional and personal use. Can't recommend them enough.

One of the lil pieces on the diffuser attachment broke off within a month and it's harder to change the attachment than I thought (idk maybe mine just sticks). But I LOVE all the settings and it has been really great for styling my curls

This is The best hairdryer I have ever used. It actually makes my hair look different than my old hairdryer. My hair looks softer and is way easier to dry with this hairdryer. I didn't think a new hairdryer could make that much of a difference. I'm so glad I purchased this
