maybelline.comIn reviews two years ago, Maybelline staff replied to reviews saying ~ yes, we hear you and we will always label eye shadow products as matte, shimmer, etc.~ However, now 2 years later it still hasn't happened. Way to be customer service oriented Maybelline!! Boo.

maybelline.comEvery time I find a color that suits my skin tone it is discontinued. You seem to keep the ghostly whites and sultry dark colors, but get rid of the everyday colors. Please bring back Earthly Taupe and Silken Taupe. These days I go without eyeshadow rather than look like anime characters.
