These capsules were helpful in that they provided the right amount of product needed for once-daily application to my face, eye area (not too close!), and neck - which I did every night for a week as I tested this sample. The capsules were easy to twist open and I would squeeze the product into the palm of my hand before applying to my face. My skin felt noticeably smoother and brighter, and much more hydrated, thanks to the botanical oils in this. I didn't experience any irritation from this product, but if you're worried, you can spot test the product on your arm prior to using it on your face.
