Started using this product 2 months ago. My hair breakage and fall continued to worsen to the point that my hair is so thin it's embarrassing. I made an appointment at the doctor assuming that I had some serious medical issues. Everything was good. Then I recall I started using the shampoo right before everything worsened. I immediately stopped the shampoo and 3 weeks later my hair is growing back. DO NOT USE THIS SHAMPOO!!!!

This shampoo makes my hair very dry. My hair became stiff and brittle. On the plus side, the shampoo smells very nice and foams well. I used it without conditioner, but then understood it is required for this shampoo.

I'm not disappointed at all, using this shampoo finished by the conditioner leaves my hair feeling softer and less frizzy while also smelling nice!

I have been using the shampoo for a while now. It is the ONLY shampoo I have been able to use that does not make my hair fall out. As a male in my late 40s, my hair was starting to thin on top, but since I have used this, it is much less fall-out. Unfortunately I have noticed more stores in my area have stopped carrying it, including WalMarts. I had to resort to a local supermarket where I have been buying it, but about 4 weeks ago, they had on the price tag "clearance, manufacturer closeout". I went to every store in the area and bought up all they had. Is Dove going to stop making this?

I've tried many different Dove products over the years, and I have to say this shampoo (and its companion conditioner) have to be my least favorite. Not only have I seen no difference in breakage, but my hair seems to be falling out from the roots at a faster rate than before I started using this. I have made no other changes to my normal routine that would account for the excess shedding. Beyond my obvious concern over extreme hair loss, it takes multiple pumps to get the right amount of product to barely work through my hair. Doesn't leave my hair feeling particularly clean. Would not repurchase and would advise others to think twice.

It helped hydrate my hair and helped prevent fly aways. It also smells amazing and a little goes a long way on your hair! I also love how much product it offered I will definitely not need to buy a new one for a while.
