I have soooo. . . missed brown mascara! This mascara is still dark, however the brown is so much less pronounced than black. For every day wear the color is perfect. And, the coverage is amazing given the new slim application wand. I still get length, and thickness of my eyelashes with just two swipes. This is my go to mascara FOREVER!

This is an outstanding mascara formula and does what it says separates and makes application more easy. My only difficulty was in putting the wand back in it bent and it's extremely fragile, but I do plan to re-purchase it.

Those inner lashes that seem hard to reach with a regular mascara spoolie are no match for this mascara! The tiny spoolie ensure that this mascara delivers on its promise to hit the details and make for a beautiful and natural eye look. Happy to have this tool in my makeup bag.

I love this mascara! The small detail brush coats all of my lashes beautifully especially my lower lashes. I had a couple issues with my order, but the customer service was amazing and they cleared up the issues in no time at all:) I love WinkyLux and will definitely order their products again!

As a 60-year-old male, father of three, and a self-employed Uber/Lyft driver who loves skincare, self-care, and makeup, I've always believed that looking good helps me feel good, especially now as I'm recovering from a recent hit-and-run accident and searching for work again. Makeup has become one of my small joys during a stressful time, and Winky Lux's Detail Oriented Mascara in Chocolate turned out to be an unexpectedly uplifting addition to my routine. The micro-spoolie was the first thing that caught my attention. Most mascaras immediately clump or overpower my eyes since I have shorter, sparser lashes, especially in the inner corners. This one didn't. Without smearing or creating a mess, the incredibly thin wand captured every single lash, even the top, bottom, and outside corners. I appeared "awake and refreshed" without the severity of black thanks to the chocolate brown hue, which imparted a delicate definition that was both natural and polished. I enjoyed how it gradually and neatly added volume; I could keep adding layers without it becoming spidery. Additionally, it's ideal for days when I prefer a slight lift rather than theatrical glitz. The sensory experience is straightforward yet fulfilling: there is no overpowering odor, no flakiness, and it is pleasant to wear all day. Even on days when life seems chaotic, it helped me feel cohesive. Anyone who desires control, accuracy, and natural-looking definition should use this mascara, especially those with short lashes, hooded eyes, or clumping issues. For those with aged eyes or those who like a gentler appearance, the brown hue is ideal.
