Product itself does make a difference and softens my cuticles, but the packaging is shocking! a) for the fact that it is not a twist tube and what you see is all you get; and b) that the amount of plastic gone into the tube that isn't actually used is criminal in today's more environmentally-conscious world.

The tube appears to be retractable but is not. Not much product for the cost.

This balm is easy to use and perfect to throw into your bag. It moisturizes my cuticles but definitely needs to be reapplied. The smell also isn't my favorite, but it's bearable.

I love the way this cuticle balm feels around my fingernails after 1 rub it in. However, just like lotion, it tends to need to be applied often, depending on the severity of the cuticle dryness. I think the best option is to apply it and put on cotton gloves, especially at night. I do love it and keep it in several rooms for any time my cuticles are bothering me. That said, the product is very soft and does not last very long. This also depends on how often it is used. My final thought is that it is an expensive product. However, those that find it helpful are willing to buy it anyway. I do recommend this product.

I love the convince of this cuticle balm. I wash my hand at work so often that my cuticles and nails get dry and brittle. I keep this in my purse and use it daily. It really softens my cuticles and even seems to help my nails too!

The problem with this product is that it is a great product in terrible packaging. It looks like a tube that will twist up, but it doesn't. What you see is the amount you get and all that plastic is a big ugly environmental waste. Plus, the product is very expensive given you hardly get anything. And, it is unwieldy, it should be a thinner product so that you can target the cuticles effectively. What a waste of a great product - really the best cuticle product I have ever used, but I won't buy it again unless they go back to the drawing board!

Such a cool product! I love my cuticle oil in general, but it takes a lot of time to absorb. This product is super ingenious, the balmy texture makes it a mess free option to oil and it's great on the go. Definitely worth the money

I love keeping one of these in my bag. Especially in the winter, my hands and cuticles feel extra dry but this balm helps revive them. I don't worry about traveling with this because it doesn't leak.
