Je possède plusieurs appareils Dyson et j'ai toujours trouvé que cette compagnie produisait une qualité inégalée. Mes attentes ont été plus que déçues avec le Corrale car j'ai constaté dès la première utilisation qu'il casse et arrache littéralement les cheveux en un seul passage. J'ai essayé de toutes les manières possibles au cas où ma technique était inadéquate mais rien à faire… ce produit est une catastrophe totale. C'est assez inconcevable compte tenu du prix et de la notoriété de Dyson mais voilà, n'achetez surtout pas cela.

I bought similar to this after two years of use the battery starts dying very fast I called Dyson they said they can't fix it but offered 20% to buy similar from your website Shoppers refused the return Very bad customer service

I got burned...twice! My straightener only lasted about a year. It was barely under warranty still and had to fight with them and bit to get a replacement which they finally sent! They sent a brand new straightener...different colour which was annoying since I have multiple pieces in the same colour. It worked for about 6 mths (very light use) and the battery is shot. It's very expensive junk! Soooo disappointed with Dyson products 😕

Loved this at first. Just over 2 years of owning the machine stopped working at the batteries are dead. The batteries cannot be replaced and Dyson customer service did nothing to help. They suggested I drive to the GTA ago have someone look at it for a possible repair with no suggestion of cost repair. Google searches say the batteries cannot be replaced. Totally unhappy for the price this machine has a 2-3 year life span meaning these expensive machines will end up in the landfill. Bad for the environment and my pocketbook. I do not recommend.

Had this straightener just over 2 years and out of the blue it wouldn't turn on. It was fully charged but the Call Dyson icon was showing. (The little phone with the bubble above it) I called Dyson and they were useless. Would not tell me what the icon meant or why it was appearing. Told me all I could do was take it to one of the only 2 Dyson service centers in Canada and I would have to pay for a diagnosis then pay to have it fixed. What a joke. You would think you would have more options after spending more than $700 on this device. Save your money. Do not buy

I have had this for just over a year and the battery is completely shot on it and Dyson won't do anything about it since it's past the year warranty. An absolute joke considering the cost. Do NOT recommend.

It is too heavy and the battery does not last long enough to get the job done. Disappointed because I love Dyson products.

Dyson Corrale straightener I have exchanged it twice, and it is always a problem with the battery issue. I'll always charge for few hour and then it only lasts for few seconds.

I had this straightener two years only the battery is not fully charged anymore, also is not heating enough, I'm a professional stylist, I'm not recommended. I'm so disappointed paying premium prices and only last two years >_<
