Charger not working.

shoppersdrugmart.caIt's either the charger or the battery is not working, doesn't hold any charge after one charge. I brought it with me on a trip to Asia, otherwise would return it next day.

shoppersdrugmart.caI've been using the waterpik for about 15 years and it's very effective, BUT every 14 to 18 months, the charge becomes weaker and weaker and then dies. I would far rather pay more for a device that lasts much longer than contributing to such senseless waste.

Switch stuck

shoppersdrugmart.caThis water flosser works very well, but after about two weeks, the on-off and speed control sliding switches got stuck and it only turns on if I squeeze the switch really hard, and then it randomly shuts down. Very unreliable..

shoppersdrugmart.caLoved this Waterpik Waterflosser until the charge started to fail after about 5-6 months. Now at 10 months it does not hold a charge for one floss after being charged for more than 12 hours. I followed all instructions from Waterpik with temporary success before it failed further. Whether it is a faulty battery or faulty charger Waterpik does not appear to be interested in customer sat and trying to find a resolution. Time to find another brand.

shoppersdrugmart.caI really like my Waterpik flosser - I've used it for several years and I'm on my third one, which is now about 2.5 years old. I find that, generally, they start failing shortly after the warranty runs out!🙄I normally use it twice a day, but i've become very disappointed in the pressure of the water stream. At first it was nice and strong, but despite diligent cleaning with vinegar, as directed, something(?) seems to be slowing the water pressure down until the flow now is quite unsatisfactory and I'm here to buy my FOURTH flosser! I just wish we were able to open the thing up to enable further cleaning as I'm fairly certain the problem lies just beyond the water receptacle area.
