It didn't happen overnight, I started noticing pain relief about 6 weeks after I started taking it. I'm 64 and live in Alberta where winter is brutal when you have arthritis. I have also noticed my hair is thicker and grows rapidly. I would definitely recommend these to anyone with arthritis!
