I bought this yesterday because so many people raved about it and how good it smells, so I was excited to try it. In the bottle, it smells really warm and almost like baked goods. When I put it on after my shower, it smelled incredibly artificial and almost chemical-y. It was so bad that I had to hop back into the shower to wash it off. I will be returning.

I've been using Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Daily Skin Therapy, and it's truly a holy grail moisturizer, especially for dry skin! This lotion has a rich, creamy texture that melts into the skin beautifully. It's deeply hydrating but not greasy, which is a major plus. It absorbs well, leaving my skin feeling soft, smooth, and nourished all day long. The signature cocoa butter scent is warm, sweet, and comforting. It lingers lightly but isn't overpowering.

I have zero complaints. Very hydrating and smoothing, smells gorgeous and not overwhelming (and people will compliment you), so affordable.

The product is 1st class and works better that anything else I have tried but the squeeze bottle is very wasteful as the cream is thick and so much remains in the bottle once the pump can no longer extract the cream

I bought this product yesterday but it doesn't look the same as the others Heal Softens Daily Skin Therapy, mine is bigger. I would love to know if this product was manufactured by Palmers company before I start using it.

Seriously, why did you change the old formula? It was perfect, there was nothing wrong with with it and now some idiot decided it needed changed and made it worse. Look at all the most recent reviews, they are all saying the same thing. And don't just say you'll pass on the feedback because you clearly won't as nothing has happened.

I used this product for a couple months I used to think palmers was a great brand until after using it daily for a month my skin seemed to be rough dry and flaky in spots as well as getting painfully chaffed if I didn't use it for a night at first I thought maybe a reaction to something else so I played around stopping the use of certain detergents thinking maybe I developed an allergy then I started to use this lotion on my fiance and about a week after using it on him I noticed he to began to develop dry rough flaky spots in he areas that I used the lotion on him as I wasn't using it all over him like I was myself. So I've stopped using this and began using Cerave and am so glad I've found a product that can fix the damage palmers had done to me and my fiance. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this product that seems to work like a dealer and a junkie once they get you using it you end up needing it and more of it over time to get the same results of soft skin that doesn't last and more lotion is needed to be applied to fix the problems it ultimately creates. When I first used it I loved it it seemed great and felt moisturizing that's why once my skin turned rough I was reluctant to think it was the lotion that was the cause but as I said a week after using it on my fiance him having the same reaction and that was the only thing changed in his routine I decided to try another lotion and after trying Cerave for a month now even if I forget or don't use it for a night or two my skin is still soft and supple and no more painful chaffing and flaky skin. Palmers what happened to you? This definitely isn't your grandmother's palmers anymore.

Palmer's helps me stay young! I'm a 50-year-old college professor with over 20 years experience, but NO ONE BELIEVES ME WHEN I TELL THEM THAT! I have religiously used your PALMER'S COCOA BUTTER LOTION after every shower since I was 25! I got the advice from a friend that it was the best moisturizing lotion that works to keep the skin hydrated and feeling soft, supple, while also NOT feeling oily or greasy at all. I even "slug" with it as a night cream as it is so rich and luxurious at such an affordable price! It's a beauty staple for me! TBH: I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. People always ask me my secret as to staying young, I always respond, "water, working out, and Palmer's cocoa butter lotion every day!" They laugh but it's totally true! I can't live without it and my skin feels so young and alive when I'm done with my shower aftercare! Try it. It's amazing!

I fell in love with the scent back when they had it in the coconut hair smoothie. So sad to see that go! However, they brought it back with the new green coffee lotion and it's still same great smooth skin that we're used to. Love it!!

I have been a Palmer's Cocoa Butter user since 2006. I'm such a fan, it's the only mousturizer I use. Its distinct fragrance is also another thing I love about it. I always rave about this product to my friends. However, my recent purchase with the new packaging did not have the same texture and the scent was so off! It was just greasy, not moisturizing and the smell was more petroleum-like, not its usual cocoa butter scent! I had to check the ingredient list again just to see if anything changed. I even sniffed the product and lid-- smelled like plastic. What happened Palmers?
