I've been using Clinique Men's Face Scrub for over 30 years. I love the product itself but the thick plastic tubing of the container is a very bad design. So much of the product is left in the container and cannot be squeezed out normally. I just finished a tube and after squeezing out as much product as I could I cut the plastic tube in half and discovered I could get an additional 10 -12 applications with the residual product that was left! With the price of the Face Scrub increasing, the least Clinique can do is design a container that allows the customer to access all of the product they purchased.

My brother likes it very much. I bought it for him as a gift for Christmas . It exfoliates well and leaves his skin brighter

The scrub itself is great, but the bottle is terrible. I'm trying to clean my face, not exercise my grip strength. The plastic is too rigid, particularly when combined with the thickness of the scrub inside. It's simply impossible to get all of the product out of the bottle...I've resorted to cutting the bottle open and scooping the product out, putting it in a small tub with a lid. This has extended the "useful life" of this product by months. Need to ditch this bottle and design something else ASAP.

I love this scrub, it is exactly what I have been looking for. I would have given it a much higher score if the volume was not so small. For the price, I expect a larger volume of profuct. There is no other volume available. It looks like a type of "shrinkflation" to me.

Half the product for full price. Defrauding loyal customers must be new company mission.

This is a good Clinique product. I'm on my third or fourth tube since the change in packaging, and am getting more and more frustrated. The packaging system is absolutely terrible (and did you change the formula at the same time?). I still like the face scrub, but the packaging is making me think about looking elsewhere. I've been using Clinique products for more than 20 years.

As a bearded man this is my ONLY face scrub for almost 20 years it feels like. I do have sensitive skin; therefore, I only use this 2 to 3 (maximum during sweaty summers) per week; therefore, their other Clinique fast washes are better for daily to not dry out OR over exfoliate your skin. Again, this is the only face scrub I will be buy. They used to have a HUGE sized face scrub jawn (jawn as we say in Philly); unfortunately, they did away with it. They used to have a shave oil too! It was awesome.

Back in college, 40 years ago, my girl friend at the time introduced me to the men's products. I had oily skin and clogged pores and needed something that would do the job. I think everyone knows that Clinique products are exceptional but come at a premium price. I used the products for several years but couldn't afford to continue. Fast forward to today, I decided to give Clinique another try and WOW, I'm glad I did! This face scrub is incredible! After one use, my skin is so soft and smooth. I used the exfoliating tonic, which I think was their toner back in the day, to cap it off. All I have to say is that I highly recommend giving these products a try. They are well worth every penny!

I've used this product for at least 5 years, and it works very well. Unfortunately, the packaging designer should be fired! I have to cut the bottom off the container when I've used about 2/3 of the contents and scoop out the rest of the product with a small spoon, then put that into another small tub that I keep just for this purpose. It is expensive, and the packaging has me searching for alternatives, most of which do not work as well for me.

I have used this product for years, and I love it. But every time Clinique redesigns the packaging, they make it worse. The fat tube makes it very difficult to get the last 10 percent of the product out of the tube. I'm sure Clinique thinks this makes the product look appealing in the store, and that most people will reorder when they've used only 90 percent of the product, but consider how annoying this is! We'd be a lot happier customers if you made a consumer-friendly package.
