I've been using this cream for 20 years. It's been a miracle cream for me, it is the most hydrating ever and non-irritating. Although right after Covid when I purchased nine tubes, it irritated and dried my skin. I just opened a new tube and we're back to the same old wonderful cream that it is. I also purchased the hydrating serum and and combining it with the hydrating serum, and my skin is never looked better! Maybe I'm going to have to start combining this cream with the hydrating serum from maximum results. Because just using this soothing cream, just wasn't cutting it anymore. I'm also interested to know if they have an eye cream as well. I'm using the hydrating serum on my eyes, and what a huge difference it has made, it is filled in all the little lines and my skin is plump and smooth. I love this product. I hate to give up on it. I think from now on I will be doing the combo this soothing cream with the hydrating serum. It works wonders!!!

This has been my go to cream for 20 years. It has provided the most moisture for my skin without irritation, then during Covid I wasn't able to purchase it anywhere. When it finally came out again, I stocked up and bought 9 tubes. What a mistake that was. They changed this cream, it's no longer moisturizing, leaves my skin dry and irritated, and I had to use something to help with the irritation, so I used my CeraVe soothing hand cream, and it healed my skin. Why would they change something that was perfect. I'm not pleased at all with this new formulation. Help I want my moisturizer skin back. I think I'll be switching to CeraVe. 😢

Just got the new cream sent by Cliniderm. The product is completely different and the I gradients are not the same despite it claiming it's the same. It had a smell to it, doesn't moisturizer it feels as thought nothing is on the skin. Something isn't the same and my skin wasn't happy. I have been using this cream for 8 years and this batch is different. Company is not helpful blamed it on my skin. Beware the new batch is off and or the company has changed it and doesn't want to tell anyone. Seems as thought there's a masking fragrance in it as it deff has a smell to it.

Got sent this new batch that was just added since being out of stock online here, beware they claim to not have changed the formula but it is and feels like a different cream. used it and it is not the same, something is different. The smell there is definitely one, and the feel. It wasn't moisturizing at all and felt like it disappeared on thespian. Any avid user of the line will be able to tell the difference in what im saying. Company claims they haven't changed.. Seems like this new batch was off, they deff sent out a bad batch somethings wrong with it. The number on the top of the bottle is 21444184 its indented on the top of the tube. Not the same cream.

I have been buying this cream for years I do love it a lot. Finding that since the 390 ml tubs have been having stock issues the batches for the past year either have a weird smell and or feel, smell and are different on the skin. This current batch that is new I found to be extremely different product from the last time I bought five months ago. Wasn't the same and my skin didn't like it either. The tubs are normally fine each time, just the tubes are the ones that seem to be a different product of cream each time. It's very frustrating as I adore this product cream but find myself worried each time I purchase as this last time was a COMPLETELY different product although they claim to have NOT changed the formula. Guess I'll have to wait for the next batch they make as it's always different. That's the only issue I have, other then that it's a great product when it's right

This is a great product, but be wary of the stores you purchase it as because some stores don't change their stock regularly and the product tends to be smelly and old at 40 percent of locations. I recommend buying it online as their stock is fresh. Other then that the product is amazing, wish the stores would have fresh product and the company would do something about it.

This product is too thin. You have to literally catch it as it runs out of the tube. I also found that I needed two applications to get the moisturizing effect I need, which resulted in going through the whole tube in about 5 weeks. Definitely worth testing before buying.

I suffered frost bite on the whole of my face and now have some nerve damage, react to cold, chemicals just about everything...the soothing cream is the only thing i have found that really really helps..

This is my cream I go to when my face is angry. I have super sensitive, dry, reactive skin, and many creams burn/itch(just normal creams, not ones with lots of actives). This one calms my skin within a day or two and rarely burns(only if my SPF 50 hasn't helped up).

I'm very disappointed I bought cliniderm soothing lotion 100ml for my face with cleansing, my face feels dry and inchy when applying this it's been 3days of use, now I wonder if I should return this product and get a refund, the confusing part is that they say it's irritant free, but why is my face feeling irritated 🙃. I'm very disappointed as im speaking my facing is inching bad customer who instructed me to purchase this, cos I told her I need a good moisturizer for my face she recommended that for me now I'm suffering 🙃 I wonder if they will take back this product.
