This actually burnt my scalp !! Never used this brand's products before, so I am disappointed. My previous root powder by another brand was discontinued so I will have to keep looking.

I have been using shade 8A. For at least 15 years with the most glorious results looking salon professional every time.. however mixing last batch the colour seemed different . I used the product., and the colour bears no resemblance to my previous colour , it is much lighter flat and has no tones . Have spoken to your kind customer representative. , she informed me that you've changed the formula . Please change it back! Having been a loyal customer for over 20 years, regrettably will now look for a different product .i

The quality and the warmth of the colour are perfect. Easy to apply and long lasting.

Used this to add some colour to.my 14 year old daughters hair. She was extremely happy with the colour results and the coverage of her light brown hair , the application process was very easy and she was comfortable throughout, and is pleased with the results

On reading back of box, it gives the impression you mix, brush and dry, i.e. no washing, but that's not the case. I bought it so I could quickly do the roots without washing hair, but unfortunately this is not the case. Taking it back!

I love this color I also grabbed the extra light blonde as I wasn't sure what one I wanted lol

Used medium honey blonde for 20years and had no issues, even with scalp psoriasis, always a gorgeous result. Shiny, multi toned colour. Loads of compliments even from my hairdresser. Always asks who coloured my hair. But since the changes you have made it is definitely not the same shade. It is darker, no warmth in it, flat and dull, no glossy shine anymore. My hair looks awful and no longer suits my skin colour. You are saying the alterations are for the better but they have ruined your product and so many loyal, long term customers are switching brands. Me included sadly. Please listen to your customers and bring the original shades back.

wow! this product covered my mums greys insanely well. She has some strong greys underneath and in her hairline & clairol nice n easy did the best job compared to other hair colour brands we've tried. It does have a strong smell but it washes away when rinsing the colour out! Will definitely be purchasing again

Great colour perfect colour match , great grey Cover, easy to follow instructions, will definitely be buying again. Loving the colour and no need to use a toner after.
