I'm not wowed nor disappointed with the product, as the cream did help soothe my dry and cracked knuckles but I didn't find it lasts long. It is non-greasy, absorbs fairly quickly, and like other Avène products I have tried and loved, does exactly what it says it does. Living in a harsh winter climate, I used to struggle with cracked, split skin on my fingertips as soon as the temperature dropped below freezing. But since I began using the Cicalfate hand cream, I no longer have to deal with skin damage from dehydration. My hands look smooth and even younger than they should.

I think it got bumped or I don't know what happened but it's hard to squeeze out and once I did, it's very liquid. However, I love love love their eye cream and their regular cicalfate restorative cream.
