Really disappointed with this product. I used it for restyling and found that it left my hair feeling sticky/greasy. It was also my experience that restyling with this product did not produce results which were any better than styling with my Dyson device alone or simply using a water misting spray and restyling. I also used it to "hold" a finished style and found that it did not produce results which were any better than a standard hair spray. I also found that the fact it is a pump spray rather than an aerosol made it very difficult to spray evenly. I used this product exactly as directed and given the cost, I expected much much more from this product . All in all I personally found this product to be an expensive mistake.

I am so happy to use this amazing hair product. The spray is so fine and effective, managing to style and hold my hair in place with sheen and with no residue when applied before using the Airwrap. I will continue to use it. The customer service delivery was fast and efficient

Love this hairspray got a mini for Christmas and this is the best does not leave the hair sticky but keeps its shape with shine

Finally tried this very expensive product. While it is definitely NOT hairspray - still not exactly sure what it is - I don't hate it. If I actually needed hold, this product would not be what I would reach for. One decent puff of wind and I had fly-aways galore. However, I tried it a second time as suggested to refresh before restyling hair (three days after washing). It did make it faster to restyle and seemed to make may hair softer at the same time. While I think the product has a fragrance, it wasn't memorable - neither good nor bad. I know tend to use products more often (and more of them) when I really like how they smell, so the fact that this product's fragrance is benign will mean I wont be tempted to over use it. Not sure yet if I will buy it again. It will probably depend on how long this bottle lasts. If you can afford to give it a try you might like it. However, there may be cheaper products out there that do the same thing.

I have used the Dyson multi-use styling spray for the second 3 day lot. It has been amazing. My hair has not gotten oily by day 3 at all. There is no extra weight and doesn't feel stiff like other hair sprays. First 3 days I had curled my hair and most of the curls had stayed in without having to restyle, just sprayed my hair every day to keep them in. This past 3 days my hair has been straightened and my hair feels amazing, just need to touch up in the morning to get rid of the sleep kinks and give it another spray. It holds down my fly aways from straightening as well. I couldn't see if it is thermal protection but it would be great if it was as well.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and the hold on my hair in incredible compared to other products I've been using. I like the spray nozzle as well as it evenly dispersed product without leaving it in one spot. I really enjoy that there is no sticky residue and it has a nice smell.

I LOVE the fragrance of this spray. It is easy to use and doesn't leave your hair feeling stiff like normal hair sprays. My favorite way to use was to refresh my day two onwards hair with the Dyson air wrap but it didn't work so well refreshing my natural wave/curls on days two and three but not a lot does.

I've been using the Dyson Chi to san Multi-use styling spray for a few weeks now and am very impressed with it. The scent is subtle and reminds me a little of nature and the chitosan mushroom and bamboo that are part of the ingredients. I didn't know what to expect for the high price point but now I see the benefits. I've used it mostly when straitghtening my hair with my Dyson Corrale and my hair stays in place but remains soft and smooth. I also find the hold stays in place and I can tie up my hair to go to the gym and when I take the hair tie out of my hair it is still perfectly strait from the Corrale. It lasts so much better than any other styling spray I've used. I spray it all through my hair generously and my hair stays in place but with movement. I highly recommend it.

I am always skeptical of styling products because my hair is thick, curly, frizzy and dry, with a lot of volume. At first, the Chitosan feels way too light to have any hold, it feels like spraying water. I usually style my hair on a wannabe-slick high ponytail (defying gravity and humidity in one sentence/ hairstyle) when I go for a run in the early morning, and you can bet by the time I finish my run my ponytail is not slick anymore. The first time I used chitosan I almost forgot about it, but as I entered the change room and caught my reflection in the mirror my immediate thought was "my hair still intact" and practically brushed it off. And then did a second take: not one hair out of place. Naturally, I couldn't believe it. Two days later, I tried again, same hairstyle. An hour run later, hair was still in place, and what I like the most, you can't tell I'm wearing any product. There is a slight hint of a hairspray smell, packed into an elevated dry shampoo smell, but that is all. This product will replace a few cans in my shelf for sure!
