The chemical smell of the Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Treatment is so strong and unpleasant that I cannot imagine putting this product on my skin, let alone anywhere near my eyes. The best way I can describe it is a combination of strong glue and something you would expect to put in a car engine rather than on your face. I contacted IT Cosmetics because I was genuinely concerned about the product and even suggested that the issue might warrant investigation or a recall. Instead of feeling that my concern was taken seriously, I felt completely dismissed. What was particularly frustrating was being told, "should you wish to try the product again, we invite you to place a new order at your convenience." After raising a concern about the smell and safety of a product intended for use around the eyes, suggesting that I simply purchase it again was an incredibly disappointing response. Between the product itself and the way my concern was handled, I have completely lost confidence in IT Cosmetics. I would not purchase this product again and certainly would not recommend spending your money on it.

The cream is nice and hydrating but didn't do much for bags. I did enjoy it though.

I love innovative beauty products just as much as the next person, but let's be real- a majority of them just don't deliver. Imagine my surprise (and immense joy) when I tried Bye Bye Under Eye Bags and, like the name says, they actually went "bye bye"!! I'm loving that I can look fresh faces even when I'm having an insomnia attack and I'm getting little to no sleep and my eyes are dark, puffy and horrendous!! I was so astonished at the results that I started to think that someone was fooling around with black magic… I mean, these are the kind of results you get when you get injections, not applying a topical eye cream. But, magic it is not. It is actually an eye product that delivers. And while the results are temporary and will reverse when I wash my face, I'm happy to know I can safely use it daily.

One of the few under eye tightening products that works for me. No white cast as long as you don't use too much.

Tried this for the first time and was very disappointed. Didn't see or have any results only a burning sensation. Had way better results with Preparation H. Although I had loved other products this was not one of them. Not worth the price.

I was pleasantly surprised from this Lil tube of wonderful It does everything it claims iy does. It has a nice texture and feel not to heavy or oily but not dry or tacky either.

I don't use it always use it but when I applied this I developed an allergic reaction where I have hard rough patches around my eyes .

I was looking for something to help make the undereye look better!But didn't like how dry my skin was after using this cream even using a good moisturizer before Very disappointed!!

This has been the only thing that has worked for me especially without leaving a white residue under my eyes. Very moisturizing too. Puffiness is significantly reduced as well.
