I purchased two shades for a graduation I was going to Both shades were a fail. It was a great product container. Loved how easy it was to use just didn't match my skin tone. Got confirmation a refund was posible. Sent them in last month on the 25 it is now the 31st of October . I contacted customer support. They asked for the shipping information. Have it to them and was told they moved it to the higher up department for the refund to come is soon. Granted , that was just a week ago but this is taking too long. Was looking for a makeup brand and this seemed promising until this issue.

I tried this on a whim because I haven't had any success with concealers and holy moly, this has done exactly what I've needed it to do! Short backstory: I don't wear makeup because it makes me break out. Concealer for what I want to touch up has been what works for me. And this works for me! I originally purchased the wrong shade and then miraculously I purchased the right shade and it has been one of my best buys! I don't use it for foundation but I use it as a concealer. I use it for under my eyes when I need to look more awake and to cover up an occasional acne spot and it stays! By the end of the day it does wear off my occasional acne spot but that doesn't bother me too much because it lasts a majority of the day. And I hardly have to use any because a little seriously goes a long way. It'll definitely last me a long time!

I hope Clinique never stops making this foundation, it really is perfect. I'm older and need a foundation that evens my skin tone without settling into creases. This does that effortlessly - a few swipes on moisturized skin smoothed with clean fingers and I'm ready for any other makeup I want to add. It doesn't need powder so it never looks cakey. I got a perfect color match at the local Clinique counter, and most people don't even know I'm wearing foundation. I can glam it up or just add a little blush and lipstick be ready to go.

I've been using this makeup for a few years and it provides great coverage for my rosacea and acne. It's amazing to have a product that covers my skin so flawlessly.

I'm giving this one star for one reason: the packaging falls apart and the foundation collects in the screw top making a huge mess. The silver cap came unglued from the plastic twist top and foundation collects after a few uses in the top of the bottle and that build up gets up between the silver and plastic screw top. I can't take this anywhere without keeping it in a ziploc. I'll say this it's a great foundation but the package renders it unusable.

I decided to purchase this product after watching a youtube video where the youtube star a woman in her 50's applies the makeup. I went to the Clinique website and tried the find your shade option. I had no makeup on , no filters applied and assumed my shade would be more accurate by AI and a real photo. I wrote down the warm and cool recommended shades but chose to purchase the warm shade as it summer. Anyway, long story short I was recommended WN 30 Biscuit. Beautiful color if I had a dark tan because it looks like a color I used to wear 20 years ago with a dark tan. I can't understand how your AI could be so wrong I am light skin toned with no tan at all. I don't know exactly how many shades to dark this is. But it's got to be minimum 3 maximum 5.

This foundation makes me look like a porcelain doll! My perfect shade is Breeze. All of my friends also use it! Clinique, please, please keep this one around forever!

Good foundation but after several years of using it I'm done. The container is poorly designed and product ALWAYS comes out the top leaving its mark on everything.

This is the most favorite foundation, works like magic. Even if you in rush you don't need conceler.
