When is the best time to take this? At night or noon or evening or morning?

I purchased this product to help with menopausal symptons. I have never had any luck with supplements before but decided to give Ashwagandha a try. Something unexpected happened, since taking Ashwagandha I haven't had to take any migraine medicine. I have averaged 6 to 8 headaches a month for many years. It has also helped with the menopause symptons.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disgust regarding a recent experience with your Ashwagandha supplement, purchased from Sam's Club Lot #66221 Exp 10/2025. Upon opening one of the capsules and preparing to ingest it, I was horrified to discover a hair protruding from inside the capsule. This experience was not only appalling but also deeply upsetting and physically distressing. I have attached a photo (I couldn't attach it here), clearly showing the hair embedded within the supplement. This incident clearly indicates a severe lapse in your manufacturing process, particularly in terms of quality control and hygiene standards. Finding a foreign object like a hair in a supposedly sealed and sterile product is entirely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and cleanliness of your production facilities As a result of this incident, I immediately discarded all products I had purchased from your brand and vowed never to purchase anything from your company again. This experience has shattered my confidence in your brand and has left me feeling repulsed by the lack of care and regard for consumer health and safety. Do not buy this product it is disgusting.

I recently learned more about silicon dioxide and will not be buying any supplement that contain it in the future.

I haven't taken it long enough to give it 5 stars, but this stuff works period. I have to be careful when I take it, because sometimes it leaves me a kind of sleepy feeling while I'm at work, yawning frequently. That being said I'm ready for bedtime when I do take it.

Such a huge bottle for only 60 capsules. Very misleading!! Fill up the bottle or make smaller ones.

This really helps with stress

My partner handed me her bottle of Ashwaganda (Trademark Ixoreal Biomed, Inc) and asked me to open it, as I'm a big, strong guy and she's a busy woman. The cap seems to be glued on. Hmm...
