This product is amazing as someone who struggles with frizzy hair. I use this every single summer. I always have to straighten my hair to prevent frizz, but in the summer because hair wash days are more often I love using the shampoo and conditioner of this because the keratin oil not only smells so amazing and hydrate the hair, but it also prevents any frizz from forming. It's such a nourishing formula.

Use to love this conditioner and was only thing that helped my curly hair feel sof and not tangle but since there changed the formula it's terrible, my hair is dry and like straw feeling, worst, I'll never pay again.

This is the best conditioner, hands down! Instantly detangles my long hair and gives it volume. It is soft and silky all day. This is the only conditioner that I will use.

I loved this shampoo and conditioner. I have been using this product exclusively for over 6 years. Since you changed the formula, I hate it. The color and consistency of the conditioner is different. My hair is so tangled after use that it takes forever to comb it out. It feels like straw. Very disappointed. :( On the search for a new product.

I have been using this product for at least 5 years and it was the only thing that could hydrate and control my wild, curly hair. I just picked up a new bottle and conditioned my hair as usual. I usually comb the conditioner through my hair with a wide-tooth comb to make sure it reaches all my hair, but this time it took about 20 minutes to get the comb through my wet hair with the conditioner sitting in it. This was weird but I finished my shower as usual. When I went to comb and do my hair, my hair felt like straw and I couldn't get a wide-tooth comb through it without spraying tons of leave-in conditioner on my hair. It is now a greasy, dry, frizzy mess. I thought maybe the conditioner had expired or something because it was the most horrible conditioning experience that I ever had, but I checked the ingredients and saw that the formula had changed. I have recommended this product to friends, family, and colleagues because I loved this product so much. How could you change this formula to be such a disastrous mess! Please bring back the old formula, your business seriously depends on this. I will not buy another product from this line until they return to the standards they had previously. So disappointed!

I have used this conditioner for years. I bought a new bottle recently and the formula has changed. The new formula is terrible, my hair was so snarly, I couldn't even comb it without crying. I threw away a brand new bottle after one use because I knew instantly how bad it was. I complained to OGX and they will send me different products. But that's not really good enough. I would like them to bring back the old formula. And I'm not the only person who feels this way. If you search for this product online, lots of people are complaining about the new formula. Please bring back the old formula. The new one is terrible. Thanks,

I have used this literally for years. My last purchase is totally different. I can't even get my fingers through my hair when I put it on, and my breakage is much worse. I don't know why it was changed but I hate it and won't use it or any products again. Why? Why do companies always need to change products, I'm so angry that I'm back to the drawing board :(

Hello: I have been using the Keratin Oil Conditioner for a while now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It's the only thing that helps with my hair that tangles easily. I recently bought it again and I just thought a was a new look to the bottle, but the formulas was changed and now it's horrible! It does not de tangle at all and a lot of hair came off during the shower due to so many knots! Why would you change it? Please go back to the old formula! I just threw away a new bottle, didn't even want to give this mess to anyone else, so disappointing!!!

I've been using this product for many years. It's the only conditioner that made my hair soft and manageable. I recently purchased a bottle and instantly noticed a change in the formula, super sad this formula changed. After using it my hair was so tangled i could barley get a wet brush through it and because of all the tangles it's actually causing my hair more breakage. I'm now on a hunt for a new conditioner.
