I've been using this cream for more than 20 years and it was my favorite. I bought one last February and my eyes were burning and puffy, I was even getting blisters on my eyes. I thought it was an allergy. I stop using the cream and once the "allergy" was under control I use Advanced cream again and the blisters and burning came back. I stop using the cream for months and I just bough a new one last week to give it a chance again but the burning, itching and blisters come back. It was a great cream and now is hurting customers that been using it for years.

I have been an Estée Lauder customer for many many years. I have used many of their products and loved them. However this eye gel has caused the skin around my eyes to become red, inflamed, itchy, and puffy. very disappointed with this product and I do not recommend.

Le baume nettoyant est sûrement trop gras et riche pour ma peau car au rinçage j'ai des gros boutons et des furoncles sur le menton, la zone T et les mâchoires. Ça fait mal ... Je déconseille fortement

I have sensitive skin and this is my favorite cleansing balm so far. The only thing I would change would be for it to come with a spatula and have it be able to be stored in the underside of the lid.

First I want to say that I am an Estée customer for well over 20 years. I use many of their products on a regular basis from makeup to skincare. This is why I am so angry, because I have always trusted them. I used the advanced night repair eye cream that I received as a sample for 2 days. I am now in such pain. My eyelids are swollen, raw, red and chaffed. My eyelashes have fallen out have my eye!! I stopped using it immediately when I realized what was happening. I was so concerned that I decided to write a review. Then I get an incredible shock to see all the other reviews stating the same thing as me. How is it still being sold!!!!!! Shame on you Estee Lauder!!!

I never had an allergic reaction from an eye cream before. It took me a while to figure this out as this cream is so expensive - I am presuming it would have tested over and over and over again. I absolutely agree with what the lady before me said - puffy, swallen, sore - way worse than BEFORE the cream. Her photo is basically identical to my reaction. I googled this cream and there are tons of reviews like that. As nice as this cream feels when you put it on initialy - I am afraid this is not the winner. Contacted customer service and waiting for their response.

Jar that came with 2025 Christmas kit burned and blistered my skin. Tried another day and same thing happened. Threw out jar. Tried a sample packet from a different order and same red blistering occurred. Something is horrible with this product formulation.

I've been using this for a while and really like how lightweight and hydrating it feels. It absorbs quickly and makes the skin around my eyes feel smoother. However, it has caused some stinging in my eyes a few times, so I've learned not to apply it too close to the eye area. Other than that, I'm happy with it

I purchased this eye cream for the first time and it gave me a light burning sensation immediately after applying. I thought maybe my skin was just not used to it, so I tried it for a second night and again had the burning sensation. The next day my eyes felt very irritated. I came to look at reviews and saw several recent reviews complaining of a burning sensation. My eyes went back to normal after I stopped using this product. Will definitely return and hopefully they investigate what is going on!
