Not "soft" bristled
The toothbrush I received specified that the bristles were "soft", when in fact they weren't. These are hard, i don't even think I would consider this toothbrush to be medium bristled. On day two of use, i noticed that i had rough patches in my mouth by the cheek. It was not painful, just uncomforta...

Between the multi height bristles and the polishing star (rubber center) it's quite the cleaning brush. The long handle with slip guide makes it easier to use. Cleans and whitens, with longer use could possibly see more whitening. Highly recommend. would like to see assorted sizes in bristles to fit a small mouth. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars.
