The best eyeliner was the "Maybelline Hyper Easy Liquid Pen" with the hexagonal grip. I think they changed the whole product and came up with this garbage! WHY did you ruin something good!! The brush is stiff, not easy to glide on at all! It's very choppy! And not 24hrs The "Maybelline Hyper Easy Liquid Pen" was super easy to use, so many compliments when worn, satin finish, and was 24hrs! BRING IT BACK!!! And throw this new garbage out!!!

Unfortunately after using this product for a few years now something has gone wrong. I have purchased 4 over the last month and after using it once or twice the ink has dried up completely. I thought it thought the first was just a one off so purchased another one with the same result. I texted Maybelline and they kindly sent out some coupons to replace the purchases but again I had the same result. So don't waste your money, either the pens are no longer filled properly or the formula has changed resulting in a dryed out product. Very disappointed with the product now.

I used this eyeliner and unfortunately had a very serious issue. The product appeared to be defective and leaked into my eye, which resulted in an infection. I contacted the company to report what happened, but instead of addressing my concern, they suggested it was simply an allergic reaction. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before using this product. I found it to be unsafe and was very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

This product caused a serious reaction on my eyelids. I developed swelling, redness, burning, and itching. After stopping and allowing my skin to heal, I tried it again and the reaction was immediate and more severe, including burning and skin damage that looks like a chemical burn. This happened on my eyes, which is extremely concerning. I am reporting this as an adverse reaction and would urge others to be cautious.

what's amazing about this product is nothing! It comes dry, you can't get any pigment or ink out of it unless you're pressing it down so hard you lose lines. awful waste of money !

Background: I got ran over Product: didn't smudge the tiniest bit, still stayed on point, even if I got ran over. 5 stars, amazing Product, stays on for so long and lasts even longer. 100% would buy again

I bought this product yesterday and was so excited to use it - what the heck maybelline? was this a bad batch or something?

I can't say enough good things about this liner. It is pitch black, very smudge proof, it doesn't dry up fast (I've had my current pen for MONTHS and it works perfectly still), you need a very light touch and the product flows smoothly, super sharp tip that doesn't bend or break. I just wish they also made it in a brown colour.

Title says it all. Dry right out of the package and had to swipe it on my hand several times before it worked. Had to do several coats to make it noticable and worse yet, did not even last 6 hours before i noticed it smeared all over my eyelids! Very sad and will have to find another brand :(
