We love the new toaster. No problem with it. Makes great toast.

I bought this toaster because of the retro pastel green colour and previous good experience with KitchenAid gadgets. This toaster toasts faster and better than my air fryer toaster setting, and gives a greater range of darkness than my previous toaster. Definitely worth the money compared to a low-end model and was not nearly as expensive as that other brand that comes in retro colours.

I bought this 2-slice black KitchenAid toaster in April 2025. We don't even use it every day, but today it suddenly produced smoke and stopped working. When I unplugged and plugged it back in, it sparked and made a loud popping sound. I expected much better quality from KitchenAid. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this toaster — it's unsafe and disappointing. Overall, I'm disappointed and would not recommend kitchenaid product. I tried to speak with the customer service during weekdays but no body answer. Don't wast your money

This toaster provides all the bells and whistles you could ask for and is visually appealing as well. The features are practical and so very easy to use. I am so pleased with this toaster's performance. The color I selected, which I initially was apprehensive about, is subtle and blends well with my kitchen decor.

I received this toaster from Influenster and Kitchen Aid in exchange for my honest opinion. I really am enjoying this 2 slice toaster by Kitchen Aid in porcelain white. The retro vibe looks modern and stylish in my kitchen. I have an air fryer and wanted a classic toaster for my breakfast, so this is perfect. The slots are wide so it can accommodate breads like bagels. There's settings for how toasted you would like the bread from light to very toasted. There's settings for defrost, bagel, reheat, and a little longer. Kitchen Aid makes amazing products for the kitchen that are durable and worth its price.

Awesome toaster!! Easy to use and sleek so you can leave it out on your counter. Quality mechanics, and easy to clean out. Really happy with my toaster so far!

There's no "perfect" toaster out there, but this one comes pretty close! I'm going to answer questions that I had, but didn't know the answers to until I received this toaster. 1) The toaster is an ivory or cream color and not white. (Which was a win for me!) 2) I would consider this a 'cool touch' toaster, but if you toast consecutively, the sides will get warm, but not hot-hot. (another win). I'm replacing a Breville toaster and I feel that the toasting results on this Kitchenaid are superior to my Breville. I'm including photo's - I set the toasting level high, but aborted the cycle when I saw that the toast was brown. The bread side facing the inside got a bit darker - I only had one slice of bread in the toaster at the time, so I'm not sure if that affected the result. Overall, I'm definitely NOT disappointed! Hope this helps.

*I received this product in exchange for an honest review* This is a great toaster! It has several different functions that are all an upgrade from our previous toaster - especially the frozen item option. It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. Plus, I love the retro look of the design. I would recommend this to friends and family.
