Great for travel as since I have had cancer this happens. The only thing about the sticky suff I find it bends over on the top often as it is not always sticking to some of the underwear fabric, but it ends up sticking to you.

How to avoid adhesive sticking to underwear

poise.com/Leakage protection is very good, however the pad sticks to my underwear and leaves strips of adhesive which is very difficult to remove. I'm writing to leave a solution for anyone who has same issue. Fold a few squares of toilet paper into about an inch wide strip and place it down center of the pad, it won't stick to your panties and ends uncovered will hold the pad in place.
