Your pharmacist is an expert on the use
of medications. If you have questions about
your prescriptions, non-prescription medications
and natural health products, you can count
on your pharmacist for the answers.
When filling your prescription, your pharmacist
accurately and carefully checks for any
possible allergies and drug interactions,
verifies the dosage, and may call your doctor
with any questions about your prescription.
When your prescription is ready, your pharmacist
will provide advice on how to take or use
your medications and inform you of any possible
side effects, interactions with other medications,
as well as proper storage and any other
special instructions.
