There are three easy steps to apply for a PharmaprixMD donation or sponsorship:
Learn more about where we focus our giving and see if your organization or project is aligned with our community involvement interests. Also, look at what we do not support. If your request is not aligned with our giving focus, you may still apply but be aware that the likelihood of receiving a donation or sponsorship is significantly reduced.
Review the list of questions to learn what information we require. We recommend that you assemble everything you’ll need in advance of applying so your application process will be faster and easier.

For most well-prepared applicants, it takes approximately 30-40 minutes to complete the form.
You will need to provide the following information:
Information about your organization
Contact information (including an email address) so we can keep you informed
Details of your request including whether you are asking for a donation or sponsorship
After You Apply
After you have submitted your online application, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes. We will conduct an initial review of your request and you will hear back from us by email within 10 business days of your submission.
Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we are unable to respond to telephone, fax or email inquiries regarding the status of your request.
